Overview - The Stop
Bullying...Be A Buddy Campaign involves everyone - victims,
bystanders and bullies. Victims and bystanders learn strategies of
how to properly handle bullying. Becoming a Buddy offers a
positive alternative for bullies. In fact all of your students will
want to be "Buddys"!
The program is simple to use and very
effective . . .

Teachers read their Be A Buddy Pledge Cards
with their students. It will be
60 seconds well spent!
The first step to becoming a Buddy is to claim the
5 character traits.

Send a Parent Flyer home
with each student
with a Be A Buddy Pledge Card.
The flyer alerts parents about
the program and
encourages parents to have conversations with
their children
about bullying.

Play the Stop Bullying...Be A Buddy
Videos.
23 - 3 minute videos (formatted for individual clip
play and for continuous play - over closed circuit or
in the classroom) provide strategies for victims
and bystanders to use
in dealing with bullying. The
videos offer
bullies a positive alternative to replace
bullying - Be a Buddy!
Very effective.
